Maureen June 14, 2015 I need to replace a small plastic ring with teeth that the cycle knob fits on. The cycle knob and this plastic piece turns the timer for the wash cycle. I was told by Sears that I had to replace the entire backsplash, AP3995190, to get this part. First, the itemI need is not shown in the diagram. I have a hard time believing that I have to purchase the entire backsplash for this part that sticks through the backsplash and is attached to the timer. Can you pleasehelp me determine what I actually need?
