Lisa July 26, 2016 GE Profile dishwasher Jet Dry cap is stuck. It won't turn. I can't get it loose to refill. Is there something I can safely put on to loosen it? I already tried pouring warm water on the cap. I tried to grip with a towel or push with the end of a spoon.
