Jason D. February 13, 2016 for Model Number P T970S R3SS I ordered part #AP5331916 (WB27T11294) for my microwave/oven combination. It is the Control. I ordered it because my microwave seemed to continue to heat when the door was closed and made a humming sound. I installed the replacement control that you sent me and it has fixed the humming and the continued heating in the microwave. However, one plug receptacle does not match the one I pulled out. It is long and narrow on the far side of the control board. It has one of those flat clear wires that plugs into it. However, the one on the new board is slightly different. I tried to make it work but it does not work. Now the buttons on the oven portion of my keypad do nothing. My guess is this wire is what connects the keypad but as I said the plug is different and I can't get it to work.

Tom August 11, 2015 for Model Number PT970DR1WW The turntable turns when the door is open and the light is on. When the door is close turntable stops and the light is off. When the door is close every thing works OK on the microwave.. Is this a door switch and which one, or is the upper control board on the microwave.

Chris February 23, 2015 for Model Number GE Double Microwave/Oven Model = p T970S R3SS When the Microwave time is up and should turn off, the Microwave still heats and I can hear a humming sound. The light and turntable stop like it is off, but it keeps heating.
