Hi Winnie. Remove the lower kick panel. Remove the under counter mount screws. Pull the unit out 6". Remove the door latch strike receiver mount bolts if they are there. Since we have no model # to verify the latch type, see if you now can release the lock enough to open the door. Send us the model # inside the tub door closure area and we will assist with correct part #'s. Thank You.

Hello Chris. The bottom of the spray arm unscrews from the sump assmebly. If you look at the picture you can see the threads for it on the bottom.

Hello. Check and make sure the drain solenoid is opening like it should. If not, you will need to order and replace the drain solenoid kit on the unit.

Walter, Chances are, when your dishwasher took the voltage spike, your control board and your keypad assembly WD34X10998 took a jolt and got scrambled. The round alarm on the board, is usually a piezo speaker, it's helpful when something like this occurs, you know there's a circuit issue when it buzzes all the time.
