Michael, You will want to check the door liner to make sure that it is not bowed where the hinges go into the channels on the door. If this checks ok then the hinges would be the most likely part needed.

Michael for Model Number JGB928SEK3SS

Hi, I removed the door when cleaned the oven and noticed that my left hinge does not seem to have any tension and therefore the door is held only by one hinge. I suspect that the spring got detached. It's my understanding that I need to reach the hinge spring thru a small door on the left side inside the lower oven. However, there is a drawer glide/guide covering this door. How can I remove the glide to get to the spring or is there any other way to get to the spring? Thanks

Hello Michael. You will need to remove the sides of the unit and check and see if the springs WB9K4 have come off the unit, or if the hinges are not installed properly for the springs to work on the unit.
