Ed March 31, 2016 for Model Number JTP95WA2WW Lower element does not light up. Do I need a new element or could it be another problem. Would element be cracked if defective?
1 Answer Ed, Test the element for continuity and if there is no continuity then the element is faulty. If the element checks ok then the issue will be with the control board. The control board is part number WB27T10591 but unfortunately has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Read More...
Gary February 15, 2016 for Model Number JT955COF1CC GE electric wall oven This oven takes 20 min to preheat, ever since it was new. How can I fix it?

Kim September 04, 2014 for Model Number JTP18S0D1SS I need a new bake element and my part WB44T100021 at 2700 watts seems to be discontinued. The replacement seems to be WB44T10055 at 2600 watts. Is this correct? Why the watt difference? Will this fit my oven? Thanks
Danny H. January 01, 2014 for Model Number jt055-30 We were cooking a turkey back at Thanksgiving, and the turkey was too big for the pan. A lot of juice spilled over into the bottom of the oven. I removed the bottom cover over the element and cleaned it, then put it all back together and when turned on bottom oven it trips the breaker when the oven gets hot. The top oven works great. I did not replace the element is that my problem?
1 Answer Hello Danny, The first suspect in this case would be the element. If you could verify the model number from the units' I.D. tag, we can find the correct part number for the replacement element. The model number you posted is, unfortunately, not a valid model number. Read More...
