Tony December 29, 2014 for Model Number DDE7900MCL I noticed you had the whole heater assembly. Could I get just the heater coils (restring kit?) for this model. I think it is part#: We11X103C, however can't locate it on your site. Please advise. Thank you
Ed December 13, 2014 for Model Number DBLR333ET0WW Can I use a heater element restring kit for this model and if so what is the part number?
1 Answer Hello Ed, You can order and install part number WE11X203 but you should be aware that you can over-stretch the coiled element and this will cause the element to possibly contact ground. Read More...
Charles February 10, 2014 for Model Number hotpoint nvlr333rvoww How to replace heating element or restring kit and how to get to it from back, top, front or where?
1 Answer Charles, To install the restring kit you will need to use a putty knife between the main top and push the spring clips that hold it in place. Lift up on the main top and remove. Once the main top is removed you will need to remove the front panel and release the dryer belt. You will then want to go to the back of the unit and remove the rear cover. Remove the screws holding the bearing retainer in place. Once removed you should be able to lift the drum out and access the heater. Read More...
Diana October 05, 2013 for Model Number DDE5100MDLWH My dryer runs and turns around but no heat so am I safe to assume dryer heating element? What is the replacement for this?
1 Answer Hello Diana. Check and make sure you have 240 volts coming to the dryer. Check and make sure the unit is not set to Air Fluff. Also check the heater and thermostats and see if they are good. You can test these with a multi-meter MA-DM1. They should read closed for continuity. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...

Paul S. November 26, 2012 for Model Number DDE7200SBLWW I need an element for GE model DDE7200SBLWW. Why are there two different kits listen? WE11X203 OR WE11X10007. How do I decide which one I need?
1 Answer Hello Paul! We are only showing one restring kit used for your model, part number is WE11X203. Thanks! Read More...
Pccat November 25, 2012 for Model Number NJLR473ETOWB I cannot remove the 3 connectors that attach to the 3 dryer coil wires on the inside of the round sheet metal. I've tried needle nose pliers and am afraid if I apply more pressure will break the plastic block. Do they have a release?
1 Answer Pccat, Yes, the terminals have a release point. You'll need to "squeeze" the plastic cover together, and pull out on the wire at the same time. You can also use a small flat blade screwdriver, and carefully "pry" the wire terminals off the element terminals. Read More...

Larry March 30, 2012 for Model Number DDE5100RALWH Probably a stupid question but, does this kit come w/both inner and outer coils? Does it make a difference which coil goes where? If so, how can I tell which is inner and outer coil?
1 Answer Larry, the heater element kit WE11X203 comes with both coils for your heater element. It does not matter which coil goes where. Just make sure you spaces them between the insulators evenly. Thanks! Read More...
