Customer Questions and Answers for Gas Range Spark Module by Ge

Lenny,
This part produces spark for the top burners only. The oven uses a glow-type ignitor.

Yes, it is the spark module.

Jeanne, the ignition module WB13X24741 can be tested by verifying the burner heads are thoroughly clean and identifying if any of the burner ignitors spark. If there is a spark on most of the burners regardless of which burner is turned on, the likely failure would be the module. If there is no spark at all, the valve switches would need to be tested for continuity after turning off the gas and power supply to identify if it is a harness failure or a spark module failure.
