Bob M December 19, 2014 for Model Number GSD3800G00WW I ordered both the upper and lower rack. The tower on the upper rack is to tall to use on the new upper rack. The old tower is about 8 1/8" tall. Do I need to order part #618 and will it work. Will the dishwasher work without the tower until I get the new one installed. Thanks

Rb October 29, 2014 for Model Number HDA3700G00WW I ordered a replacement upper rack assembly (original was AP4538786) and received replacement rack WD28X10210. Now the Tower Kit that was for the original upper rack will not fit the replacement upper rack. Do I need to order the replacement Tower Kit WD28X10232 to fit the new replacement upper rack assembly?

1 Answer Esther, The upper rack tower"snaps" onto the bottom of the upper rack,in the center. you will need to look at the bottom of the tower, there should be four(4) "clipc,ensure none are cracked or broken. Look at the bottom wrungs of the rack, make sure there are no broken or damaged wrungs,if all's OK, insert the clips onto the wrungs on one side, raise the tower to an upright position and slide it over until the clips "snap and lock in place.
