Dennis July 04, 2015 for Model Number WSM2700DAWWW Does not Drain. Installed new pump and made sure all lines were clean and clear of anything. Everything else is working normal.It seams I do not hear when the pump should click on,could this have to do with the timer?
1 Answer Dennis, You will want to check the pump to see if there is 120 vac getting to the pump when the unit calls for the drain pump to come on. If there is power to it then replace the pump. If it does not have power then the timer would be the issue. Read More...

1 Answer Newmond, You will need to access the back of the timer to remove the knob. On the back of the timer there is a hole with a stem in it. You will need to pull the stem out using a small flat blade screw drive. Once the stem is out pull the knob off and put new knob on. Push stem back in. Read More...
