Keith January 06, 2018 for Model Number JTP56WW2WW Both ovens have switch limit and a limit switch, On diagram 157,158 &159. What do the do? Might be my problem!
1 Answer Keith, Limit switch number 157 WB24K5037 which is for the lower oven and is a thermal switch that if it blows then the lower oven will not heat for broil and bake. The upper oven according to the wiring diagram does not have the thermal switch. The Limit switch 159 WB24K5142 will be a normally open switch that will close when getting to a certain temp, this will be for the cooling fan.
