Mike June 15, 2020 for Model Number GSH22JFXMWW For a GSH22JFXMWW fridge S/NGT216982 At least the RF and the RR wheels are shattered so I need to replace all four wheels. The rears look easy, but the front wheels seem to be mounted *inside* the frame as compared to the simpler mounting of the LF wheel shown in your video. That is, the front wheels are surrounded by solid metal on the outside, inside, and front (as shown in the illustrated parts breakdown of the Freezer Section). Do I need to lift the front of the fridge by 2-3" in order to remove and replace the wheel assemblies?
1 Answer Mike, Yes, jack up or tilt back the front of the machine enough to have working room to replace the wheel assemblies. Read More...

Bob August 31, 2019 for Model Number GSL22JFTEBS I need to replace part #WR02X12454 front mobility assembly. The video here shows a different part being replaced. It requires removing existing wheel (front mobility assembly), Pin Pivot Assembly, and mobility screw! Cannot find any information on removing or replacing. The existing wheels were damaged in a move and wheels will not turn. Any help would be appreciated!
1 Answer Bob, The video is for a different refrigerator, but the process is virtually the same on all side by side refrigerators. " Roller Assembly Adjustable roller assemblies are located at the bottom front of the unit. They are adjustable and replaceable. 1. Unsnap the base grille from the bottom of the unit. 2. Remove the guide pin with a flat-head screwdriver. 3. Turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise until it disengages from the assembly. 4. Remove the roller from the slot. IMPORTANT: To ensure proper door closure, the refrigerator rollers must be adjusted to level the refrigerator." You'll need to raise the front of the refrigerator and use a couple of wooden blocks(2X4 works well) to support the refrigerator while you remove the front roller assemblies. Thanks, Read More...
