Miguel I November 06, 2016 for Model Number PSS26LSRDSS My refrigerator does not cool at all, I can feel the compressor running, the inside fans are running, everything looks normal but when you touch the evaporator inside the freezer it is at ambient temperature. I swapped the electronic board with an equivalent refrigerator and the board works on the other refrigerator but the new board still don't work on the bad refrigerator. Thanks for your help.

George D. December 03, 2015 for Model Number # cr519b My model cr519b doesn't freeze at all. It does make a small click nose coming from the back where the motor is place. I have call Emerson and there was no help at all. Could you give me some suggestion and if it can be repaired. Thank you
