1 Answer Hello Don, thanks for reaching out to AppliancePartsPros.com If you are referring to the hinge latches on the hinge arms of the door, try opening the door fully and pushing both of those latches up against the oven cavity. It sounds like one of the latches may be in the locked position (which means it is towards the door frame) if a latch seems to be stuck you may need to use a flat bladed screwdriver to free it. Jeff September 20, 2021 for Model Number JTP48SOF1SS The inner tempered glass for my GE Oven (Model JTP48SOF1SS) Door shattered and I ordered part WB56T10105, which I believe is the associated replacement part. The problem is that I need a single pane of glass and slightly larger than the double-pane I received. I checked the other, undamaged oven door (this is a dual oven setup) and it has a single pane.
