1 Answer Hello Don, thanks for reaching out to AppliancePartsPros.com If you are referring to the hinge latches on the hinge arms of the door, try opening the door fully and pushing both of those latches up against the oven cavity. It sounds like one of the latches may be in the locked position (which means it is towards the door frame) if a latch seems to be stuck you may need to use a flat bladed screwdriver to free it.
