Marie April 08, 2014 for Model Number JGBP30WEW1WW I just ordered bottom oven part #210- when I took it out of the box I thought it came with a heat shield attached with 4 screws to 4 metal projections sticking out about 2 inches - which is totally different from and in addition to the lower heat shield #289. You cannot see it in the diagram because it doesn't show what the part looks like underneath. What happened? Then it seems the heat hits the bottom oven directly whereas it was protected by a smaller heat shield.
