1 Answer Hello Susan. Turn off the power to the unit. Remove all the knobs. Unscrew the faceplate retainers while holding the faceplate against the control trim. The retainers must only be hand tightened. Move the faceplate 3 inches away from the control panel and unplug the harness from the panel. Repeat steps in reverse order to reinstall. Read More...
