Joshua March 17, 2022 for Model Number WSM2700WBWW Are the OEM GE parts (I'm looking at a GE WE03X10001 Glide Drum on this site) new, or used? My repairman has told me he won't work on ANY used ones, so need to find out for sure if it's a new OEM part or not. Thanks, in advance.

1 Answer Hello jeng114. Kit WE03X10001 does not come with instructions. You simply pull off the old felt and use the adhesive to install the new one in its' place. Be sure to let the adhesive set up for about 24 hours before running the unit. Read More...
Breon March 10, 2015 for Model Number DPRS483EA0WW Hi, my dryer is making a very loud scratching noise that resembles something like to pieces of rusted metal being rubbed against each other. It just started doing this a few weeks ago. I also noticed that the grey material around the rim of the door is coming off. Does that have something to do with it? And if so, what part should I purchase. Thanks a lot!

Matt February 18, 2014 for Model Number dvl223gaoww Hi. My clothes are also getting stuck in the upper front and ruining. I understand that part # WE03X10001 is recommended. I read some on how to replace it. My question is, there is this huge metal ring that fell out when I took the front off. Where does this ring go?
1 Answer Hello Matt. Check and see if it part of the inner drum and you will need to replace the drum. Or it is part of the front panel and you will need to replace the front panel. Read More...
Harry January 28, 2014 for Model Number GE DRYER DVL223GAOWW My clothes are getting caught up in the upper right part of my GE dryer and some have holes and brown stains. I check and their some sponge brown belt that goes around the dryer front part but I can feel it where the clothes gets caught up. Please help thanks.
1 Answer Harry, You will want to pull the front off the unit and check the front bearing glides and check the front felt seal to make sure that it is not damaged. This is the area that the clothes would get caught in. Also make sure that the dryer is not being overloaded as that can cause the same issue. Read More...
