Is there a difference? The outer glass broke on the bottom oven while we were installing it. Would it be easier to get the whole window pack or just the outer glass? 1 Answer Gail, The WB56K20 / WB56K20 Window Pack(Lrg) is correct for the model number you supplied. The window pack consists of a metal frame with two(2) panes of high temp. heat treated glass, pre installed and taped in position on the frame, to reduce damage and possibility of cutting yourself, and includes the retainer clips for mounting the window pack to the oven inner door liner.
