Ben March 09, 2016 for Model Number 795.72053.113 Kenmore elite model 795.72053.113 refrigerator switch # 6600jb3001c dispenser level # mbg64224802. I would like to swap out the switch on the refrigerator and I find that it seats behind the dispenser lever. There is not frame around the water/ice dispenser and I cant see any screw heads. My question is how do I get to the switch. Do I have to remove the dispenser lever and if so, how? Thank you for you help.
1 Answer Ben, In order for the control panel to come off on this unit, get a small flat blade under the control panel and pop the panel off. Once you remove the panel the switches will be accessible by removing the housing. Read More...
