Antidense January 10, 2021 for Model Number LSC27914SB My LG fridge door is sagging and the hinge looks bent/broke. I am not sure if I need both the door hinge (4775JA2113A) and the door stopper assembly (AJC34211602) or just one of the two? The door stopper assembly seems bent into the door? Is the door damaged? 1 Answer Antidense, It appears that it would just be the door stopper that is the issue. It appears that the screws may have come loose but would suggest pulling the door off and checking to make sure that the threading where the screws go in is not damaged. Read More...

1 Answer Hello Jill, You will either need to order the door stopper assembly AJC34211602 or the lower hinge assembly 4775JA2113A, or both. The cams that auto-close the door are included with these assemblies and the damaged part will have to be inspected to determine which is at fault. Robinson October 06, 2011 for Model Number lsc27990tt The fresh food door on our lg refrigerator does not close as it should. The bottom third on the freezer side is about a quarter of an inch away from the frame of the frig. Will replacing the lower hinge and stop assembly help this problem? I don't think the door is warped, bent or sprung.
1 Answer Hello Robinson. Check and make sure the door gasket ADX73270509 is good on the unit. If not, it can cause the problems your having. If it is good, and the door is not warped, you should fix the unit replacing the lower hinge assembly 4775JA2113A and the stopper 4621JA3002H. Hope this helps. Read More...
