1 Answer Arthur L, Start by checking to see if water is getting to the ice maker, if not check the fill tube to see if it is frozen up. Check at the water valve to see if the water is getting through the valve. If there is water/ice in the tray then check the temperature at the ice maker to make sure it is between 0° - 10°f.
