Roger, the main control EBR77562705 would need to be tested for AC voltage from the blue wire at connection CN24 to the black wire at tab04 during the state of failure. If the control shows 240VAC and the element has cooled down significantly, the main control has failed.

Hello Jim, if the cooktop burners are heating then the 240v power supply is there, you can check the rear terminal block for any wiring connection problems , if ok then for the oven you would need to replace that main control board EBR77562705.
