George September 10, 2022 for Model Number LSWD306ST My LG Double Oven turns off randomly. After restarting the oven, it can work great, or it may turn off again and needs to be restarted. At first, the top oven was having this problem now both ovens have the problem. Appears to happen more on "convection/crisp" mode. Can still use the oven, but it needs to be restarted often while in the middle of cooking.
1 Answer George, The first place to start with this is checking the power connection at the terminal block. Make sure that the connection is tight and no loose wiring. If this part is ok then you are most likely looking at a main control board that is faulty. Read More...
Terry February 03, 2022 for Model Number LWD3010ST/00 The lower oven won't heat up what so ever (Neither bake nor broil). Upper oven works fine. I checked continuity for bake and broil element of lower oven and they both have continuity. Can a bad oven temperature sensor cause this issue? Or does it sound like a bad board issue? If it's correct, which board is it? I see many boards inside this unit? Is board part number EBR64624603 responsible for sending voltage to elements? Thanks.
1 Answer Terry, This issue would be more likely that the control board has failed with both the bake and broil not working. The board part number will be EBR64624603. Read More...
