Bob May 27, 2019 for Model Number WT1201CW Washer would not drain - very slow spin - OE error. Bailed out as much water as possible , then removed back. removed drain hose and remaining water in tub drained out. Inspected drain hose (clear) and the two hoses on the pump also clear. Purchased and replaced pump. Ran an rinse/spin cycle and same issue. Slow spin and water not draining. Suggestions?
1 Answer Bob, Access the drain pump and turn to drain and spin and test for proper voltage getting to the pump. If there is not 120 vac getting to the pump then the issue will be a faulty main control board. Read More...
1 Answer Hello Prince. You will need to check and see if the unit is leaking at the seal where it goes into the tub assembly. If so, you will need to replace the housing assembly AEN73131403. Thanks. Read More...
