On the video of the repair to my dryer they show two washers for each roller. My question is there only one washer required now and where is it placed or are they still to washers required?

Matt May 13, 2023 for Model Number AP7203749 I purchased these roller drums and have been watching the video associated with it for the install. I'm trying to install the roller drums and it says to use a 10mm wrench to tighten it into the nut being held by 14mm wrench. The 10mm wrench will not fit onto the drum. It's much too big. When I compare the part that I received to the part on the video, it does appear to be different and the one on the video would appear to take a 10mm wrench. Is there any guidance on how to tighten the drum into the nut? I have tried a crescent wrench and it's nearly impossible. Thanks.
