Steve November 13, 2012 for Model Number MCBR1020W Hello! Every time my fridge goes into the defrost cycle, the timer stops advancing and it just stays there with no cooling. I've even tried changing out the timer twice, but get the same results! I'm lost on this one! Thanks, Steve
Will D. May 30, 2012 for Model Number MCBR1020W I ordered this part, and was advised that this is the correct part for my model. However, it doesn't look like the original part, so I don't know how to wire it. Can I please get some wiring information?
1 Answer Hello Will. If you look at the old timer in the unit. You will see numbers 1,2,3, and 4 on the timer. You will install teh wire going to these numbers on the old timer to the same numbers on the new timer 502414000009. Example, if 2 was red on the old timer, then 2 on the new timer will be red also.
