Sam March 04, 2017 for Model Number MCWC30MCG My wine cooler stopped running. I installed an new relay and it started to work, but stopped, the fridge won't stay on, it clicks like it is starting, then it stops and doesn't cool. When I unplugged it, the motor protector is really hot. Could the motor protector be bad now or is it the compressor? Thank you.

David S March 01, 2017 for Model Number FRF707 Igloo upright freezer Freezer quit working. Unplugged it and when you plug it back in it will run for a little while,then it clicks and compressor stops running. The black electrical box on compressor feels hot.

Tim December 20, 2014 for Model Number MCBR445SI The fridg does not run, when I unplug the motor protector then re-install, plug fridg back in, it hums for a couple of secounds then shuts back off. The motor protector gets very hot, is this the problem? Thank You

Mh April 01, 2013 for Model Number Magic Chef MCBR360S mini fridge Hello, I purchased a used fridge (Magic Chef MCBR360S) and it does not turn on at all, no sound or anything. I did find the PTC Starter relay (small black box - Part # P6R8MC) and the white overload relay (small white piece -Part # 265RFBYY) . I do have an Ohm meter but not sure how to test to find out which piece is bad. Can you please provide your part numbers for these items. Any info on testing will be appreciated! Thanks!

Manuel November 08, 2012 for Model Number MCBR445S1 Mini fridge was working fine all of sudden it just started clicking on and then turn off every five minutes or so. I checked to see more or less what was going on and when it clicks on you can feel the compressor is on then you can see a small spark from the motor protector and turns off. It keeps doing the same thing over and over. What do you think the problem is? It is a Magic Chef small fridge.

Martin October 24, 2012 for Model Number MCBR360S Motor does not come on. If I plug the unit in and wait I'll hear a small click on the motor protector switch/relay PN 265RFBYY. I removed the little device and it was extremely hot. Once it cooled the relay "unclicked" seemingly indicating that it is in fact doing its job. The other relay PNP6R8MC that sits next to the 265R stays the same temp. No humming or evidence that frig is running. What could be causing the relay to kick in to protect the motor?? Thanks
