This product is an OEM Replacement Part, specifically a pack of 20 high-temperature, 1/4 inch quick disconnect terminals for 14-16 gauge wiring. These non-insulated terminals serve as critical components in replacing defective connectors within various electrical systems. To install these quick disconnects, an electrical crimping tool is required. The installation process involves stripping the wire end to expose approximately 1/8" of the wire, which is then inserted into the terminal crimp end. These quick disconnects are designed for high-temperature environments, providing a reliable solution for applications demanding robust and heat-resistant electrical connections. Their use helps maintain the optimal performance and safety of your wiring systems.

Questions & Answers

For Pro Disconnect Terminals (Part Number: OEM16926090)

Frank

Hi, I’m looking for a high-temperature non-insulated terminal connector that I can use to crimp the terminals on the end of oven wires to the terminals at the end of a baking element, both of which are 1/4” I was happy to find an element for my oven of the right size and shape right down to the drill holes of the plate that match exactly, only I’m unable to connect the wire terminals to the baking element terminals. What I’m hoping to do is crimp these terminals together between the oven wires and baking element with an uninsulated high-temperature connector. I’m having trouble finding something that will work, as I’m reluctant to chop any existing terminals to accommodate new connectors. Many Thanks!

If you splice the wire it will need to be of the equal or great gauge. Meaning you could use the 14 but not the 18.

Ruth for Model Number Thermador slide in range model ESC30B-01

I need the female wire connector end that supplies power when attached to the bake element. This has to be a high heat connector. The range is old and specs do not list these small parts as far as a part number. I have photo of connector and another of wire if that would help. It is a female “crimp” going onto a wire with markings 16 AWG. 150-C. 600V. R3. FT-1. Please advise if you carry a connector that would work.
