I have talked to many different places and have been given about 3 different product numbers.Samsung refrigerator model # RF4287HARS/XAA Left French door, very bottom shelf. The shelf is just like the middle one with the left side having to reach back to go around the ice maker but the base is larger than the middle shelf. What part do I need to get? Thank you
