James April 16, 2024 for Model Number RS27T5200SR/AA-00 My Samsung ice maker is freezing the cubes together before the auger can dispense them. As soon as they get in the delivery tube they freeze together and the auger cannot turn. What part do I need? Thanks
1 Answer James, If the ice is clumping up in the ice bin then check for water that may be dripping into the bin from the icemaker. If there is check to make sure that there is no damage to the ice maker. If this is good then check to ensure that the ice door is closing all the way.
