For Samsung Control Board (Part Number: OEM24220164)

Brandy for Model Number NX60A6511SS/AA 00

This range has a manufacture date on it of June 2021. It's been working fine up until 2 to 3 weeks ago. The oven is not coming on at all. It will accept the settings, the ignitor comes on, then it shuts off like it was cancelled. The same thing happens whether it's set for regular bake or convection bake. In convection bake, there is also no power going to the convection fan. I've measured 109VAC to the ignitor but nothing to the safety valve. The same thing also happens in broil mode as well. Ignitor lights up, then after about 30 seconds or so, off like it was cancelled. Also random beeping is heard all the time. No error codes ever come up. I do however only have 111VAC at the outlet. Is this a PCB issue or is it because of the low outlet voltage? But, like I said at the beginning, it's been working fine until a few weeks ago.

Hello Brandy, usually this type of symptom indicates a faulty keypad/touchpad [DG96-00850B], however there is a possibility the low voltage may be causing problems with the control board. You may want to contact your utility company about the low voltage problem.

Crystal, It is not difficult to repair. You can gain access through the rear shield to the control.

Krystal, A board can be tested for voltage going to it. Other than that it would depend on what part your checking for voltage going to it.
