Robert February 09, 2024 for Model Number RF18HFENBSR/US Replaced display panel with new DA92-00202A bought from you last week. installed it and get one flashing bar of light on the 8 figure. Also, it is has a ring tone that sounds 10 times with the flashing led on the top bar of the 8 figure on the display, stops then repeats. What do I need to check or is the new display panel faulty.

Robert February 08, 2024 for Model Number RF18HFENBSR/US No display on front control panel . purchased the DA92-00202A panel. Is this panel glued to the gray cover. It does have 3 small screws that are almost imposable to remove as the gray cover has bumps that almost cover the screw heads. How do I remove this panel. I assume the 3 screws have to come out . do i have to drill access holes in the gray cover panel to gain access to the screw heads . Help
