Bob, unfortunately, the model provided is not showing as a valid model number. If the model could be verified and provided in a new question, this may allow for more accurate information to be presented. However, if the model is WF241ANW/XAA then the main control DC92-00301Y would be compatible.

Mitchell, the 2E error code indicates a power issue, or fault in the main control board " Error 2E - Power error - HIGH/lOW vOLTAGE DETECTED Make sure to check the operating voltage. (An error occurs when under or over voltage is supplied.) Check whether a plug receptacle is used. When the connecting wires are too small (extension cord use), a momentary low voltage may drop up to 10 V Main PBA fault (sometimes). " You'll want to check the power at the outlet and the outlet wiring to make sure there aren't any loose or frayed connections. make sure there is 110- 120 VAC from the outlet "static" (no draw) then check for voltage with the washer running in an agitate and spin cycles. If all's OK replace the control board.

Larry, If you have 120 VAC from CN2 pin 1 (blue wire) to chassis ground, and CN2 pin 1 and RY1 pin 1 white wire) on the control board then you will need a new control board DC92-00301H / DC92-00301H Assy Pcb Main;big-Bang Good MAIN,WF210AN. April for Model Number WF210ANW/XAA

My washer doesn't rinse correctly all the time. The nd code is coming up so we did everything said to do. There is no clogs so thinking it could be the drain pump but we hear the motor running while it's not draining but we unplug the machine for a few and plug it back it and run a cycle and it works . Could it still be the drain pump or could it be the mother board? Should I just get a different machine? I don't want to put a bunch of money in it that could buy a new one. Thanks for your help.

April, With the pump getting power to it but not pumping water out this will be a faulty drain pump on the unit.

Mike, Yes the main control would be the most likely issue for the unit to be over spinning. The part number for the control board is DC92-00301H.

Erica for Model Number WF210ANW/XAA

Hello, No error code. Turn power on, push start, door locks but then nothing happens. Repairman changed the door lock just in case but didn't help. He checked the drain for a clog and there was nothing. Now he tells me its the control board but I should just replace the washing machine completely because it would cost the same. All the lights on the board work, the child safety lock is NOT on and neither is the delay wash feature. Is this the right part... DC92-00301E? If i install it myself (looks like maybe 10 screws and a wire harness plug) and it doesn't fix the issue can the part be returned? Thank you for your help! Erica

Hello Erica. I would check the water valves on the unit. See if they are good. If so, then you will try the board. If the board does not fix it, you can return it. Just make sure you install it properly into the unit.
