Questions & Answers

For Samsung Refrigerator Water Tank Heater (Part Number: OEM12426186)

1 Answer

Tom, You will want to check to make sure that there is power going to the water valve. If there is 120 vac going to the valve but no water coming to the dispenser then it sounds like you will want to check the water reservoir to make sure that it is not frozen. This would be the most likely cause in the situation. If there is no power to the valve then you will want to go to the main board and make sure that there is power coming from the board and from the dispenser control to the board when calling for water. If there is power into the board signalling for water then the issue will be a faulty main board.
