Randy November 24, 2015 for Model Number ME21F707MJT/AA-0000 Hi. The back of this microwave extends 16 inches from top to bottom, as opposed to 15 inches for the Frigidaire we just removed. A layer of kitchen wall tile needs to be removed, or drilled through, to install the long metal mounting bracket. I am wondering what you recommend, drilling or removal. Or is there another way? I purchased the service warranty from Best Buy, but they will not help with installation.
