1 Answer Hello Bridgette. You will need to remove the grill from the microwave and remove the screw securing the control panel to the cabinet. Pull and lift the control panel out of the unit. Unplug the ribbon cable from the control board and remove the membrane from the panel. remove the paper on the new membrane DE34-00350A and stick it onto the panel.
