For Samsung Range Control Panel Membrane Switch (Part Number: OEM15991737)

Cynthia for Model Number FXS510BGS/XAA

I am getting a series of beeps and the SE error code from the display on my samsung gas range. I recently used the over self clean for the first (and last ) time. I was wondering if the parts for FXS510BGS 0001 or 0002 or 0000 would fit my range. I was hoping to find out the part numbers for the touch pad /switch membrane AND the a new circuit board . I don't know which I should try to replace first to get it to work since the oven cannot be turned on without it. I appreciate any helpful advise you can give and thank you in advance Cynthia

Cynthia, This issue would be caused by a faulty keypad on the unit an you would need the membrane switch. Unfortunately we are not showing a parts list for this model to be able to advise on the correct part needed.

Hello Mama. The SE error code is for a bad keypad on the unit. You will need to replace the touch pad.

Adrian, The E08 error code is a oven not heating error. You will want to check the following. 1. Disconnect power. Open the back cover. Disconnect the two harness connectors to the oven temperature sensor. Measure sensor resistance :1080O at the room temperature ? If different value, replace oven sensor. 2. Check the broil, bake and convection heater. Check the resistance of each. 3. Check whether DLB of sub PCB, Broil, Bake and Convection heater relay are being activated 4. Check wiring harnesses between main PCB. 5. Check the resistance of oven sensor connector on main PCB. (Normal : 1080O)
