I have a Samsung Microwave mdl # SM118165ST. The plastic wheel that sits beneath the Glass tray has wheel that continually slips off which ultimately prevents the tray from turning. Can I get a replacement. Also question why does this happen item looks fine but wheel will not stay in place. Thanks

Ray, The model number listed is not coming up as a valid model number. We would need this to properly assist. As far as why the wheels are falling off, could be an issue of the wheels being warped or the pins that hold the wheels being damaged not allowing the wheel to fully seat.
