Jason Tucker July 12, 2020 for Model Number GTW335ASNWW & AWN432SP113TW04 Hello, How many gallons per minute does washer GE - GTW335ASNWW pump out after rinse? Also, I have a Speed queen - AWN432SP113TW04 that pump out normally after wash cycle but like a fire-hydrant after rinse and it overflows out of the standpipe when it's pumping rinse water (ONLY rinse mind you, like it has 2 separate pumps, one for wash water, one for rinse water). I actually took the hose out of the standpipe for both and there is a HUGE difference in how fast it pumps out at Rinse as compared to Wash. Is there a way to get it to use the same pump for rinse water as it uses for wash water? Thank you
1 Answer Jason, On the Speedqueen, the only way to do this would have a coupler that would attach the 2 drain hoses together and then route through 1 hose. There is nothing that we would have that would work for that. On the GE we do not have information on the flow rate of the pump but should be in the range of several gallons per minute. Normally it will take the drum approximately 2 minutes to drain but may be a little longer. Read More...
Mark September 08, 2019 We have a parents bought a speed queen washer and dryer a couple yrs ago and just noticed that the washer is is letting soap bubbles come out the molded in the wall stand pipe. Will the standpipe adapter fit in the modern homes were the standpipe id recessed in the wall with the water valves or does it have to be the hole style stand pipe that is outside the wall.
1 Answer Mark, This part should fit any standard drain pipe. The cone shape does this, I would also make sure that there is not a slow drain issue if you are seeing soap bubbles. Maybe try some clog remover first or possibly using the wrong type of detergent or too much of it. You should refer to the owners manual for these specs. Read More...
