Wayne, You will want to check the screens on the water valve and on the hose if there is one on the hose to make sure that there is no obstruction in them. If the screens are clean then you will want to replace the water valve 285805 on the unit.

Hi Eric. If it is doing this through all the cycles on the timer, then it is a bad timer. Part # Is WP3948323. It may need the water valve if you are rinsing in cold and not bringing any water in. This part # is 285805. Thank you

Hello John. If it is set on hot/cold, it will bring in hot water for the wash cycle and cold water for the rinse. If you set it on warm then it will mix them. Hope this helps.
