Hudson1010 October 17, 2015 for Model Number 11047512602 Hey Guys, How do I troubleshoot this washer to find out what is causing the "knocking noise" once it goes into spin cycle on any spin setting. Also, is the spider sold separately for this model or would I have to purchase the rear outer drum to get it for this model.. If it is the spider, what list of parts do you recommend replacing while I have gone to this level of teardown.
1 Answer Hudson1010, The knocking would possibly be caused by the spider being broken. The spider does not come as a part of the rear tub but would be part of the inner tub part number WP8540878. Read More...
