This is a Whirlpool range control panel assembly. It houses the display, user interface buttons, and has space for temperature control knobs. With extended use, the buttons on a control panel may wear out or stop responding to user input. Before installing this part, be sure to cut power to the appliance and allow it to cool completely. The stove may need to be pulled away from the wall to access the screws holding the old control panel in place. Remove the screws from each side of the old control panel to disconnect it, then carefully remove any boards or other components installed within the panel. Once it has been completely removed, the new control panel can be installed in its place. This is a genuine OEM part compatible with ranges manufactured by Jenn-Air, but may also work with other Whirlpool brands, including Maytag, KitchenAid, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper, and others. This product is just the panel and contains no additional parts or hardware.

Bill H for Model Number JES9900

Hi all! I actually have two separate questions. First is, I know I have a JES9900-series Jenn-Air oven with glass cooktop, but unclear which exact model. Is the only difference between the BAS, BAB and BAF the finish? If so, is this part, the AP6017026, the correct replacement part for a malfunctioning control panel? My second question is, is this a replacement that can be done by a novice homeowner with basic tools, or would it be required to have a service person replace the control panel? It appears to be some screws and a wire connection, which seems like something I'd be able to tackle. Thanks!

Bill, If you have a stainless steel model range then this control panel WPW10206064 would be correct and it would just be a matter of removing screws to take the control panel loose. You will want to make sure that the unit is unplugged and take photo of wiring before removing any wiring so you know how it goes back.

Tom for Model Number JES9900BAS

I purchased a panel control for my Jenn Air, part number W10206064. You site shows it as the correct item and the picture shows the correct piece. The item I received says it is part number W10206064, but it is certainly not the correct panel. My panel has a convection 8 selections on the left hand side and the one that was sent only has 5. The options missing are Convect, set-up (on/off) and More options. Can you tell me which is incorrect, your picture or the part number. I had thought the part number should have been W10206087, your site says this is the incorrect part.
