W.W. March 16, 2012 for Model Number 11042926203 Is there anyway I can just buy the spider arm for the basket and not the whole basket? There is only 6 screws that hold it onto the basket. Is this a way for Sears to suck more money from the consumer? If I don't get a good answer I will never set foot in another Sears.
1 Answer Hello! Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not offer the spider separate from the basket assembly WPW10269756. We do apologize for the issue. Thank you for your inquiry. Read More...

1 Answer Hello Michael. If you replaced the front of the outer tub, the rear outer tub W10772618 may have a bad bearing and is letting the basket rub the front tub. If so, you will need to replace the rear tub assembly. Hope this helps. Read More...
