Left valve coil that powers the solenoid on a water inlet/valve assembly to control water flow. Replacing a worn or burnt coil helps restore proper valve operation so the dispenser or ice maker can fill when called. What it does:

• Energizes the left solenoid on the inlet/valve assembly to open and close the valve when the appliance requests water.
