Beeper January 03, 2021 for Model Number 596.70003002 From a question I posted in the forum section, the first indication is that I need either a new compressor or a new start relay. Both show Out of Stock. Is that a permanent condition? Or might they become available soon? Also, just confirming direction from the forum, I hear a faint buzz like something is trying to start. I unplugged the fridge and felt the compressor and it was hot. Later I plugged the unit back in and the condenser fan is spinning, and now the compressor is no longer hot since the fan is blowing cool air on it. Does this confirm that the compressor (or start relay) is the likely culprit? Thank you!

Allan May 27, 2019 for Model Number BRF20VW Our Amana refrigerator recently started to make noise, a low frequency rattle accompanied by what could be a buzz caused by a loose panel. The unit cools very well but the noise is irritating. Without taking the unit out of service to make a closer inspection, could the condition described be due to a worn fan bearing or is a compressor problem possibly the culprit? The unit has been in continuous service since the year 2000.
