Hello Darold. You will need to order W10309990 for the unit. The compatibility tool only works for original part numbers. When a part number gets upgraded or improved, then the original part number gets changed. The compatibility tool will not recognize those with the model numbers.

Loose screw, Depending on where the noise may be coming from, this could just be a normal operation noise in which the refrigerant flowing through the system will cause a groaning, croaking type noise as it starts or stops the evaporation process. It could also be a compressor noise that has developed. It does not mean that it is on its way out but would be good to monitor its operation to make sure that it is cooling properly.

Gary, There are a couple of possibilities, but the most likely is the refrigerant in the sealed system is equalizing, when the pressure from the compressor is stopped, the refrigerant can make noise, it can also make the same type noise when the compressor starts and the refrigerant is being pressurized. Most manufacturer's consider this noise as normal operation.

Lucy, Normally when a refrigerator is tripping the circuit breaker in the house it is caused by either a wire that is exposed touching to the chassis or the compressor is shorted and would need to be replaced.

Hello Ernest, You will most likely need to replace the start relay 4387535. If you detach it from the side of the compressor and it rattles when you shake it, it has definitely failed.

Tu, You will want to check to make sure that the coils in the freezer compartment is not impacted with ice. If it is then you will want to check the continuity of the defrost heater and defrost thermostat. If one does not have continuity then replace that part. If they both have continuity then your defrost control would be the issue. If there is no frost build up you will want to check to make sure that the evaporator fan motor is running and that the damper into the refrigerator compartment is opening.

Gene, We do not have horsepower ratings for compressors. We do not recommend the use of hard start kits as they can damage a compressor further. You should always replace the overload and relay rather than put a hard start on the unit.
