The first thing you need to do is verify you still have power to the unit and that a breaker has not tripped. Next, you will want to use the tech sheet that is in the kickplate and locate the connector on the control board that is your power supply and make sure you have 120 VAC there.

If some buttons work and others do not it is usually the user interface that would need to be replaced.
