Mr. Mullis June 22, 2013 for Model Number 665.170.19400 Is the control panel a direct replacement for kenmore no. 665.170.19400 even if the buttons are not exactly the same as in the picture? The only thing I see different from mine and the picture is my panel doesn't have the smart wash and the push button layout is a little different but same labels. My normal wash button continues to blink so I have determined from a service manual that this button is getting stuck. When I press it four or five times it stays lit up and then the cycles can be chosen and is operable.

1 Answer Hello Jennifer. You will need to disconnect the power and remove the inner door panel. Then remove the control board and latch assembly. Now unplug the ribbon cable from the control board.
