Keith, The F1 would be a primary control failure and the F70 is a communication issue. This would most likely be caused by a faulty main control board which is part number WPW10141671.

Clifton, Check and make sure you have 240 volts at the wall outlet, or reset both the dryer breakers in the breaker box, several times. Then check the thermal fuse located on the blower housing(has blue colored wires attached) make sure it has a "closed" circuit. If it has an "open" circuit the dryer wont start or run, but will program.
