Keith December 20, 2016 for Model Number WGD9500TCO Error Codes F-01 and F 70 are showing.... dryer will start fine and heat works for the first few times and then will glow but no gas will ignite and I don't smell any either so I am assuming that the gas valve is not opening. According to the codes I need to replace the machine control electronics or the main control circuit board. I just want to make sure before I spend a couple hundred bucks that I haven't overlooked something else??
1 Answer Keith, The F1 would be a primary control failure and the F70 is a communication issue. This would most likely be caused by a faulty main control board which is part number WPW10141671. Read More...
