Ibuser January 07, 2022 for Model Number WFE715H0EH0 The oven controls give me a Feature not available message as the oven nears temperature setting then all attempts to use oven controls give the message. I have tried resetting the circuit breaker but the problem recurs.
1 Answer Hello Ibuser, This sounds like the EEPROM in the control WPW10340308 has lost the manufacturers' programming and will need to be replaced. Please disregard the illustration. We are working on getting that changed as it is incorrect. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Read More...
1 Answer Hello Judy, The first thing you will need to do is to flip the breaker off and back on to the unit to ensure one side of the double breaker is not tripped. You will now need a voltmeter to verify 240Vac to the unit at the terminal block, (where the power cord connects to the unit). If your model number is actually WFE715H0ES0, you will need to verify the thermal fuse, WP3196548, and both the bake and broil elements, (since they alternate during operation). If these test good and there are no harness issues, the problem will be in the control WPW10340308. Read More...
Mike December 14, 2018 for Model Number wfe715h0es0 When you turn the oven on to bake or anything else the broiler will continue to heat until the oven overheats and faults out. I replaced the temperature sensor and that didn't resolve the issue. Is replacing the Control board really a fix for this? That part is more than the oven. Thanks
1 Answer Hello Mike, You have a stuck broil relay on the control board WPW10340308. I'm sorry but you will need to replace the part to correct the issue. Read More...
